MTA Business Plan 2008

The MTA Business Development Programme 2008 is a clear roadmap for the Association leading to growth, continued financial stability and a stronger profile.

Four Key Objectives have been identified for the current Plan, aligned with Priorities identified by the Executive Council in 2007.

The Business Plan will be reviewed and amended each autumn to reflect targets being met and priorities being achieved and issued each year to the Executive Council, All Members and Staff.

Future Executive Council meetings will focus on reports on the activity plans and the progress (or problems) towards achieving the overall Objectives/Priorities.

All Members will be kept up-to-date with how targets within the Business Plan are being met through the quarterly MTA Update.
