Apprenticeships – many MTA members run apprenticeship schemes and the Association supports the creation of more places for apprentices. As an apprentice in a manufacturing technology company you could find yourself solving practical problems, working on engineering projects and learning how to programme computer controlled manufacturing machines – known as CNC machines.
