HR Seminar : double-bill

As part of the MTA’s seminar series, we will be holding a double-bill seminar focusing on health & safety in the workplace, and skills action planning – a must for HR Managers and Managing Directors in charge of the business.

The morning seminar will provide delegates with a better understanding of the various elements required to create and maintain a safe working environment for staff and visitors to their premises.

SEMTA (the industry sector skills council) will be running a workshop throughout the day to evaluate the skills gaps in your business and create an action plan for future training needs.

The plan will also help to identify potential funding sources for training, and the MTA’s Education & Training Coordinator, Nick Stamp, will be on hand for you to learn more about MTA’s funding support to members.
