Guhring is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of rotary cutting tools. Operating from 23 production centres, 33 service centres and 35 subsidiaries.

For the UK and Ireland Guhring Limited has a 2000m² facility in Birmingham for manufacturing, regrinding and recoating together with a stock of over 35,000 standard and special tools.

The name Guhring is synonymous with the highest quality and the very best technology, maintaining its position through continuous improvement and investment. Tools are manufactured in high speed steel, cobalt steel, carbide and in PCD/CBN diamond materials.

Guhring control the total product by producing the carbide - one of the largest carbide producers in Europe, manufacturing the products on Guhring CNC grinding machine and then coating with the optimal surface layer according to the customer’s application again on Guhring coating machines.

The mission of Guhring worldwide is to provide tooling solutions, support and service either with or without full Tool Management that exceeds the customers’ expectations thereby improving their productivity and overall competitiveness.
