The MTA offers a statistics service which specifically focuses on manufacturing technologies and engineering based manufacturing. Our service  takes both industry specific data from across the globe and general economic data and make sense of it for our members. In short we cover three main areas:

Forecasts –  provide an overview of the machine tool market in the UK

Surveys – in-house surveys of members to establish the market conditions and confidence
