See TRUMPF at EuroBLECH 2012 on stands B30 and B61 in Hall 11

On hand once again at this year’s Euroblech and appearing under the motto “All you need to stay in the lead”, TRUMPF will be showing machine tools, laser systems and services, all developed in the interest of flexible machining for sheet metal. All along the processing sequence for sheet metal, the world market leader for machine tools and industrial laser technology will be presenting solutions for economical laser cutting and welding, punching, and bending. TRUMPF will be unveiling a very special innovation, something never seen before, in its portfolio of 2D laser machines. In addition, the TruLaser Tube 7000 laser cutting machine for pipe and profiles will be on display. It is fitted with a swinging cutting head and a flexible discharge station. Also to be seen at Stands B30 and B61 in Hall 11 is the TruLaser Cell 3000, a unique, all-purpose laser machining center. It cuts and welds in both two and three dimensions, making it suitable for all batch sizes and every application. It is integrated into a process sequence together with the TruBend 7036 brake press and a TruMark 7000 labeling station. Visitors can see for themselves how the TruTops Fab software controls the processing sequence.

On view at the 2012 Euroblech – for the first time ever – will be the new SheetMaster Compact in combination with the TruPunch 3000. This space-saving automation unit is absolutely reliable as it loads the punch and removes both scrap skeleton and microjoint panels. In the latter the partially punched parts are retained in the sheet by means of tabs. Machines in the TruLaser 5000 Series can, following the Euroblech Fair, cut with an 8-kilowatt laser which can separate stainless steel up to 50 millimeters thick. The TruLaser Robot 5020 welding cell – with the new, automatic rotation changer with turning axes – represents a high-productivity automation solution for long production runs. Available for the first time at the Euroblech is the modular clamping system for laser welding. This is a highly practical approach to chucking a variety of geometries and can be used for everything from fabricating prototypes to producing components in smaller numbers.

Along with these highlights, visitors to the stand will find additional 2D and 3D laser machines, such as the TruLaser Cell 7040 in dual-station mode. They can also see the TruMatic 7000 laser-punch machine and a variety of bending concepts, including the prize winning TruBend Cell 7000. But that’s not all. Visitors to the booth can obtain information and advice on all the TRUMPF products and services. In fact, the complete TruServices consulting range can be explored at the Euroblech. Visitors can experience in a live show the optimization possibilities that can be realized when designing parts.
