This week’s Friday Brief highlights a number of briefing and networking events organised by the MTA for its members. There is also a timely reminder to register your votes in the MTA – organised Manufacturing Industry Awards before the 15 March deadline. Within the Friday Brief story is a link to the online voting or you can access the same link on the MTA website.
Fast approaching is the first in a new series of interactive Members’ Quarterly Meetings on 20 March at the recently restyled and extended premises of Trumpf in Luton. Entitled Staying Ahead of the Technology Curve the meeting will focus on product and process development with speakers from within the MTA’s membership and beyond. The new style events are going to be interactive with lots of opportunities to network and learn about new things. Places are limited so register now to avoid disappointment.
Attention is also drawn to the MTA’s half day seminar reviewing how SME’s with expertise in 3D printing can contribute to the automotive manufacturing supply chain. The event on the 23 April is organised with the Warwick Manufacturing Group. Early application is urged as places again are limited.
Have a good weekend.
