The MTA and MTC in Coventry have teamed up to bring a half day of talks from guest speakers to help aid you in shortening that gap and get you thinking about how your company can proactively address this situation.
The manufacturing technologies sector, like the engineering industry as a whole, recognises that there is a skills gap which requires a new generation to fill it. It is vital that the industry acts to bring in the talent that it needs. This seminar will be looking at ways in which to address this issue, as well as the types of training available for those new to the industry and existing employees.
This free half day seminar will take place next week 12th May 2015 and start at 9:30am, the event will include a number of speakers, lunch and a tour of the facilities at the MTC.
