The Institution of Mechanical Engineers is organising a key sector conference in June entitled: How new technologies can improve the performance and competitiveness of UK manufacturing.
The conference is designed to inform and inspire engineers on the disruptive technologies that are transforming production environments. The high level conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at the NEC Birmingham on 19 June 2014. Among the speakers will be Graham Dewhurst, Director General of the Manufacturing Technologies Association, who will be presenting on: Machine tools and the future of subtractive manufacturing technology.
