Fully Collaborative Universal Robot Solution for E&O Laboratories

We were approached by E&O Laboratories to design an automated solution that would collate, turn and pack their product in order to increase the volumes handled by existing staff.

Our engineers were able to create 3 fully collaborative end of line solutions using the Universal Robots A/S. It obtained UKCA marking by taking advantage of the robot’s in-built safety features. No additional safety was required, which means that the staff are able to work alongside the robot, minimising the footprint of the new equipment.

Following an R&D project, we were commissioned to create a bespoke collation system to automate the mixing of two separate products using a UR10e and a custom designed gripper.
