Yesterday, 30th September 2020, ERLO Group has received the visit of Agustín Zubillaga, head of Digital Economy Lab in Orkestra, the Basque Institute of Competitiveness. The aim of this visit, apart from allowing him know ERLO Group, has been to share and seek possible needs and solutions that not only ERLO Group does suffer, but also many other Basque companies in the short, medium and long term.
Industry 4.0, digitalization, connectivity, manufacturing 4.0, servitization.... These are some of the words that are currently by worth of mouth in every business talk, and of course, they have been the themes raised during today’s conversation.
As we have shown, and proved, to Agustín during his visit, from ERLO Group we are strongly committed to:
- The improvement of customized product, through our new family of transfer machines of new generation and our infallible thread quality verification system.
- The overall improvement of internal processes quality and precision, from the improvement of standard product with new designs to the acquisition of new three-dimensional measurement systems.
- The servitization, betting to be "A trusted partner to accompany you throughout the complete life cycle.”
And beyond the shadow of a doubt, betting on digitalisation and Industry 4.0. You may ask, Why an independent section? The answer is simple. Because we have recently launched our new website and greater things are still to come in this last quarter of 2020. Who knows, maybe there will be a "4.0 drill". Sounds interesting right?
The day concluded with a visit to the production facilities of ERLO Group, where Mr. Zubillaga had the opportunity to; meet the ERLO Group family and, see first-hand the whole process of drills assembly as well as two of our IBERMACH machines in current manufacturing process, being the new generation of transfer machines the icing on the cake of his visit.
Do you have a production need? Do you want to produce more, faster and better? Do you need to optimize your processes and save on costs? Do you find our transfer machines, thread tester, services, etc., interesting?
I propose you to do next, take a look at our success stories, and if the answer to any previous question is yes, how about you pay us a visit? Or do you contact us and visit us?
