MACH 2020 - You’ve got just one week to get your applications in for Ballot 1

While a proportion of the space for MACH 2020 is already on general sale, some areas of the halls are only available through our ballot system, ensuring fairness and giving all exhibitors a chance to choose the position which best suits them. Applications are coming in, and after ballot 1 you will be able to see all those exhibitors who have requested space over 200 sq m live on the plans.

Ballot 1 is for stands of above 200 sq m; applications for this ballot close next week on Wednesday 5th September, and the draw will take place on 7th September.

If you’ve not yet got your entry in and are unsure which area you would be best suited to, then contact one of our team who will be happy to offer guidance and advice. The MACH team has also put together a helpful guide to take exhibitors through the process and help them secure their place on the floor plans. This guide can be found on the dedicated MACH website.

Samantha Jones, Head of Sales at the MTA, who organise the exhibition on behalf of industry, said: “Our team are ready and waiting to help exhibitors navigate the ballot process and help them to secure a stand at MACH 2020. We have put together a guide with useful tips on picking your location, looking at product zones and stand customisation, amongst other options.”

MACH 2018 was an awarding-winning edition of the exhibition, and delivered for its exhibitors with a 5% increase of trade visitors to the show. In the post-show questionnaire of exhibitors, 95% of respondents said that they had generated leads for their sales team to follow-up post-show. 77% of exhibitors reported improved customer relations over the course of the show, and 80% of exhibitors raised their company profile by attending the exhibition. We will be looking to build on this and make 2020 an even more vibrant and successful show.
