MTA and NEAA team-up for Automation in the Automotive Sector – Masterclass

MTA Logo

The Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA) teamed up with the North East Automotive Alliance (NEAA) to deliver a one-day masterclass focusing on the supply chain and automation within the UK automotive sector supply chains. The event took place on 6th April 2017 at Nissan Sport and Leisure in Sunderland.

The event was well attended with a good mix of MTA and NEAA members making the trip to the Nissan plant in Sunderland to be at the event. Below you can find the programme of speakers who took part and if you did attend, the MTA’s Head of Events will be circulating the content from the day to attendees early next week.

Commenting on the day James Selka MTA CEO said “It is rewarding for the MTA and its members to partner with organisations such as NEAA to deliver events of this nature. As a trade association our mission is to ensure our members can do business and at this automation master class we had technology providers and users in the same room. The level of discussion was of a high-level and clearly laid out the benefits and need for further automation within the automotive sector.”
