The MTA have recently signed up to the Good Business Charter which is a simple accreditation where organisations in the UK can sign up to in recognition of responsible business practices. It measures behaviour over 10 components: real living wage, fairer hours and contracts, employee well-being, employee representation, diversity and inclusion, environmental responsibility, paying fair tax, commitment to customers, ethical sourcing, and prompt payment. A company must meet commitments in each of these 10 areas to receive GBC accreditation.
James Selka, CEO said: “We are delighted to have joined the growing ranks who have committed to the Good Business Charter, a wonderful opportunity for businesses to demonstrate that they act with the highest integrity and act as a force for good.”
