Help to Work More Effectively
Below is a list of the MTA member technical services offered, along with a short description of each. Technical Committee
The MTA Technical Committee offers members the opportunity to discuss, review and influence the latest research, development, standards, legislation, events, and any other relevant technical industry information in relation to manufacturing technology.
The committee meets quarterly in locations around the UK with minutes being produced following each meeting. Membership of the committee is open to all MTA members.

Advice and Information
Any MTA members who have questions around any of the Legislation, Standards or Technology associated with the manufacturing technologies sector should contact the MTA’s Head of Technology and Skills, Josh Dugdale [email protected] or the MTA’s Technology and Skills Manager, Sami Ortiz [email protected] and we will endeavour to get back and assist you as soon as possible.
R&D Project Support
The MTA offers members support on any publicly funded projects they wish to participate in, either through a letter of support or through active participation. We are well placed to join projects as a dissemination partner and through providing wider industry input. If any MTA members wish to use this service, then in the first instance they should contact the MTA’s Head of Technology and Skills, Josh Dugdale on [email protected] and we can see how we can best assist.
