You are invited to attend a free webinar introducing the Help To Grow – Management course; the webinar is being organised by the Engineering & Machinery Alliance (of which MTA is a member), in partnership with BEIS to introduce the course.  It will take place at 10am on October 3rd.

In the webinar, speakers from BEIS and from a business school, along with an MD who has already completed the course, will present and explain how it would benefit firms that work in the machinery and component supply chain. There will then be time for Q&A and discussion, and the webinar will last no longer than one hour.

This leadership and management course available to senior company directors and senior executives with the support of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).  It is delivered by the UK’s leading business schools and is 90% funded by BEIS. Firms pay only £750 – making this a rare opportunity to attend a top-class course at minimal cost.

The aim of the course is to help to boost productivity and growth.  Content-rich and designed to be undertaken along with normal working, it includes both one-to-one tuition and group work.  Those taking the course benefit from working with people from other sectors of the economy.

Firms employing between five and 249 employees are eligible to send a senior decision-maker (such as a director or senior manager) to participate.
