We have just launched this biennial survey (although we missed the 2021 edition due to the pandemic’s effect on workload) – this was circulated by e-mail earlier this week.

This has always been a valuable resource for those companies who have Service Engineers – just a reminder that only participating companies can get the results.  The survey will track the average rates charged for visits by service engineers to help you to benchmark your own operations against the average for the sector – it will not set an “industry” or “MTA rate”.

By the nature of this survey, it is mainly of interest to companies supplying/supporting machinery rather than tooling, software and other aspects of the manufacturing technology spectrum.  To try to minimise unnecessary messaging, we only sent the email to those members we thought it would be of most interest to.

If you have not received this email (either because we left you off the list or, perhaps because the message did not get through to you – it was sent as a blind email so may have gone into “junk” or “spam” folders), the form is attached below.  You can fill in this form and email it back to us (email:  [email protected]).
