FourJaw, a provider of production monitoring technology, signed almost 50 new customers in 2025 as manufacturers around the world continued to seek greater insight into their factory operations.
Despite wider economic pressures, manufacturers maintained a strong focus on gathering accurate production data to boost output, cut waste and support improved decision‑making, according to FourJaw.
Over the year, the manufacturing analytics software and solutions provider secured 49 new customers, ranging from small and medium‑sized enterprises to large multinational organisations operating in sectors such as motorsport, aerospace, defence, food and drink, and construction materials.
The firm said it expanded its customer base across the UK and Ireland, as well as mainland Europe, North America and Australasia – reflecting increasing global demand for scalable production monitoring tools that can be deployed quickly and work across machines of varying ages and manufacturers.
FourJaw’s plug‑and‑play system provides real‑time data on machine utilisation, performance and energy consumption across the shop floor. Manufacturers typically see a 30 per cent increase in capacity and a 10 per cent improvement in productivity within six months of implementation, it said.
In a statement, Chris Iveson, CEO of FourJaw Manufacturing Analytics, said: “2025 was a challenging year for manufacturers that reinforced how critical operational efficiency has become. We’re seeing strong demand from manufacturers in the UK and overseas who want to see what’s really happening on the shopfloor.
“FourJaw is now firmly in scale-up phase, helping manufacturers respond to rising costs, supply-chain pressures and intensifying competition with improved productivity. The breadth of sectors and international spread of customers we signed in 2025 show the need for better production monitoring is universal.”
