Alison Green joins MTDCNC as European Business Development Lead

MTDCNC is pleased to announce the appointment of Alison Green as European Business Development Lead, further strengthening the company’s commercial and content capabilities across Europe and the UK.

Alison joined MTDCNC in January and will play a key role in developing business across European markets, including the UK. Her responsibilities span business development, account management, and close collaboration with the MTDCNC sales team, ensuring partners receive consistent, results-driven support.

In addition to her commercial role, Alison will also be presenting MTDCNC content across Europe, helping to communicate engineering stories clearly, credibly, and authentically to manufacturing audiences. She will present in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, supporting MTDCNC’s growing international reach.

With over 30 years’ experience in the manufacturing sector, Alison brings deep industry knowledge, strong relationships, and a practical understanding of what manufacturers need from modern media and marketing.

“Alison is a fantastic addition to the MTDCNC team,” said Joe Reynolds, Managing Director at MTDCNC. “She understands manufacturing inside out, knows how to build meaningful relationships, and is completely aligned with our focus on delivering real commercial value for our partners. Her ability to work across Europe, present on camera, and support both clients and our sales team makes her a perfect fit for where MTDCNC is heading.”

Alison added:
“MTDCNC has built something genuinely special within the manufacturing industry. What attracted me most was the focus on delivering measurable results, not just producing content for the sake of it. My goal is to work closely with clients across Europe and the UK to ensure they see real return on investment, stronger visibility, and tangible business outcomes from their partnership with MTDCNC. I’m excited to be part of a team that truly understands engineering and knows how to turn great stories into commercial success.”

In her role, Alison will support partners across machine tools, cutting tools, automation, metrology, and manufacturing technology, helping them maximise the value of MTDCNC’s video, digital, and media platforms across multiple European markets.
