Recap from Tebis CAD/CAM/MES at MACH 2022 Exhibition

Tebis UK demonstrated intelligent manufacturing at the MACH 2022 exhibition which was held at the NEC in Birmingham from Monday the 4th to Friday the 8th of April 2022. During the five-day exhibition, our visitors were able to learn more about the latest release of Tebis CAD/CAM software Version 4.1, ProLeiS MES and also the following applications:

Automotive Model Machining

Paul Scally, Operations Manager from Tebis UK explains about CNC machining planning with Tebis unique virtual machine, importing a pre-defined manufacturing process template using both stored cutter technology and the virtual machine to calculate the toolpath on an automotive clay model.

CNC Process Optimisation and CAM Automation

Paul Scally presents how Tebis intelligent manufacturing can optimise your CNC machining processes and automate CAM programming.

Mill Trimming and Laser Cutting

Andrew Walters, Application Engineer from Tebis UK demonstrates how you can improve your machining safety, full collision avoidance of the spindle, cutting tools, tool holder and finished parts, optimisation of toolpaths, vectors and tilt directions and much more with in the video.

Multi-axis Component Machining

Andrew Walters talks about how easy is to produce 3-axis, 3+2 and 5-axis simultaneous toolpaths with Tebis software, combined milling and turning operations, importing a pre-defined manufacturing process template, verification and collision check using Tebis unique Virtual Machine.
