Our Spring Economic update presentation this year will take place on Wednesday 11th May and will be held at the offices of Forrest Brown (an MTA Associate member) in Bristol.
As has been our recent practise, this will focus mainly on the UK economy and market although, of course, we can’t ignore the rest of the world. Andy Goodwin, Chief UK Economist at Oxford Economics will set out the overall economic picture before the MTA Statistician, Geoff Noon takes the delegates through the outlook for manufacturing and engineering industries as well as out latest forecasts for the machine tool and cutting tool markets in the UK.
Despite this, the event is not just for companies in these two parts of the manufacturing technology sector. We spend most of our time looking at the broader picture and if you have any relationship at all with the manufacturing and engineering sector then there will be something of interest to you.
